It's that time of year again and the RCF crew is off to Pennsylvania for the Erie Horror Film Festival. It's always a great time but this year is a little different. We're not showing any films or shorts. Sad, yes. But, we will still have copies of Summer School for sale. So, if you missed us last year find the guys running around with camcorders because this year we're the documentary crew for the entire fest.

Yes, you read it right. Summer School makes its first review appearance in print. We were just reviewed in the September issue, number 82, under the section "Blood on a Budget." Not only did we get the review, but we received dominance in the spread along with large still from the film and a good review. So be sure to pick up your copy at Border's or Barnes and Noble before the end of the month!

Seriously though the site was down for about a day or so because our host servers (the super computers housed in a secret base near the earth's core and guarded by CHUDs) had some maintenance run on them. That in turn made our drupal database and code, in the most technical way of putting it, shit its pants.
I apologize for the downtime to anyone trying to access the site for any of the many fabulous reasons you'd click your googlers here. Hopefully it's stabilized now.
Here's a sweet little review of "Summer School" and an interview from Mike Johnson at Jonja.net, a site full of Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror news. Johnson approached us at the Denver Starfest 2008 and interviewed Troy McCall and myself. There are some weird breaks in our sentences and a few typos due to the audio recording, but it's still legible.
