Synopsis:
During the dead of the night in a small midwestern farming community there is no sounds of human life. Out of the shadows of one field a man runs for his life. He sees a figure lumber toward him. He pulls up the axe he is carrying and slaughters the shadowy figure. Stumbling into his home his son, Tim (Peter Wocken), is startled to see the man, Herbert (Ty Richardson), covered in blood carrying an axe. Herbert explains he's just killed the Neighbors. Tim continues to watch in horror as his father takes his rifle and shoots a man outside their house. The man crumples from the shot but slowly gets back to his feet...
