A scientific expedition sets out for the island of Borneo. They are in search of a flower named the Blood Orchid. Reports say that this flower can lead to a longer life. But what they find inhabiting the rainforest of Borneo are a group of anacondas. But they aren't ordinary... the Blood Orchid made the anacondas longer, faster, and smarter. Now the scientists must find a way out of the rainforest by outsmarting, outrunning and outliving the anacondas.

some of you may be asking yourselves why i gave this movie a four. it's because the film lived up to my expectations of it and in that sense it delivered, however my expectations were exceedingly low. you just can't follow a half digested jon voight be regurgitated, and you surely can't follow it with a pg-13 rating. the trailer itself tells you there is going to be a snake orgy in the jungle then they put a pg-13 rating on the thing. not only is the whole story just stupid, but the acting falls short, the cgi snakes look like crap most of the time and the girls aren't even that cute. the only saving grace of this movie was the monkey and if you want to waste 97 min of your life you can find out what i mean, but that all depends on how you feel about monkeys. you know what, on second thought i give the movie a 2 1/2. sorry guys.
